Service Description
Fill ins are set to be booked within a two week timeframe for maintenance purposes. If your extensions are not 40% on either eye or both, you will be charged for a full set price. The fill in price will not be put towards the full set price due to inconvenience.
Cancellation Policy
Please arrive with lashes fully clean. Appointments with unclean lashes may incur an extra charge or be declined service. Please arrive on time. Arrivals 10+ minutes late will be charged a $15 late fee. Arrivals 30+ minutes late will be considered a no-show and canceled. A "same-day cancellation" is any cancellation made less than 24 hours before the appointment. Due to frequent no-shows and late cancellations, clients with a same-day cancellation or no-show must pay 50% of their previous balance, plus payment for their upcoming service, before booking again. No additional guests are permitted at appointments, without exception. All deposits are non-refundable. Additional Fees Travel: $75 Inconvenience: $50 Same-day appointment: $30
